Good Afternoon All,
I hope everyone is well in these strange times 🤗
After the recent Government briefing, I will be starting to slowly phase back into work as of next week. I will be working with limited dogs per day, in order to ensure I can carry out thorough cleaning between clients. 🧼
In the following months, there will be some uncertain times ahead, so I’ve had to put in a few new measures which I hope you can understand is for everyone’s safety and best interests.
Firstly, any appointments which were booked in over the last 7 weeks, those will still be honoured and I will contact you to rearrange these. Please note, I will be giving priority spaces by breed types (e.g dogs who are more prone to matting etc) 🐶
I will also be putting in some new health and safety measures, which is for your benefit as much as mine. I will be carrying out a thorough disinfect of my van between each clients, and will disinfect your dog’s lead/harness before returning them back to you. If you wish to arrange additional measures, such as leaving your dog in your secure garden/porch/utility area for me to collect and return, please let me know ahead of time so I am aware. 😁
Unfortunately during this time, I won’t be taking on any new appointments or clients, until my backlog is cleared. 😞
During this time, please can I ask that you don’t contact me saying their dog is desperate, because at the moment everyone is desperate, and with such a large client base, it will take me a while to get through everybody, but please rest assured that I will get to you all. 🙂
I’m sorry that I’ve had to write such a formal and lengthy message and I understand that some people will be upset by the decisions I’ve had to make, please understand that this is simply out of my control, and am doing the best I can given the circumstances.
I’ve been extremely grateful for all your loyalty and support to my business and I hope you will all continue to support me in the future. 🥰
Stay safe, and I’ll be in touch soon..
Love Nic 💖 xx
