A big shoutout to our Eastminster team of staff and volunteers over the last few days in working so hard to keep our horses comfortable and as warm as possible in this cold spell. Behind the scenes they have been giving extra feed, bedding, hay, rugs plus exercise for all the horses to ensure their bodies are functioning correctly , warm water mashes and lots of fuss and grooming to keep the muscles warm. Thankfully we have some fabulous facilities so have been able to keep lessons indoors with no frozen surfaces
If riding this weekend please bring an extra carrot for your horse and lots of warm clothes!!!
Reminder also to our junior club members the free short session on markings and colours which will be in our lovely new classroom facility!!!

Sad to hear the passing of the gentle giant Dexter.
For those of you that remember him-we sourced this lovely chap and had him on the riding school for several years before Sue fell in love with him and bought him from us, where he continued his stay at Eastminster as a livery. Dexter then went on the patrol the streets of London as part of the police force where he gained a real following and fan club
Rest in peace big boy, you really were one of a kind ♥️♥️
