Thermal imaging is a great way to monitor the reduction in inflammation post-treatment. The darker the blue indicates the lower the temperature. The thermal imaging scan post-treatment treatment performed by @jsequinehorse shows a significant reduction in temperature. Blood vessels have constricted, reducing inflammation and any pain caused by excess fluid. Vasodilation will then occur as the cooled tissues warm back up to normal temperature, delivering fresh nutrient-rich blood to the area for optimal recovery.
