Kitten Doris came into care a couple of weeks ago in a very poorly condition, having been found on the roadside. Now fully recovered and vet treated at 8-9 weeks old, Doris is ready to continue her journey with a patient, cat experienced adopter who has another confident, friendly cat in the home. Doris is a PROJECT; she is a feral kitten who is starting to build confidence with people but will take a long time before she can be handled easily. If you are able to offer Doris her FOREVER home and prepared to put in the work with her to gain her trust please get in touch with us. The soon Doris goes into a home environment and out of her pen the better she will be.
Shy black 4 year old female Dixie was sadly returned to us due to her adopter's ill health. Dixie was adopted over 3 years ago into a multi cat household and is finding being on her own in care very difficult. We are looking for a quieter, adult only home with at least one existing friendly cat, as Dixie enjoys the company of other cats and will gain her confidence from them. Dixie is loving, affectionate and gentle once she gets to know you, but will take a couple of months to settle in. If you are kind, patient and cat experienced please get in touch - she is fit, well and ready to find her FOREVER home as soon as possible

Cherry
🐈UPDATE🐈
You may remeber that a few weekes ago Cherry and her kittens came in to the care of Skegness Cats Protection. Unfortunately, Cherry had to have her leg amputated, and although she must have been in considerable pain, it didnt stop this lovely young kitty trying her hardest to look after her kittens.
We are pleased to say that Cherry is making an incredible recovery under the watchful eye of a wonderful volunteer, and her kittens are getting bigger and stronger by the day!
If you would like to make a donation to help with the costs of Cherry's operation the link can be found below.

Cindy is an approximately 2 year old female tabby who came into our care after being abandoned by her owners. Cindy has been health checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea'd and wormed and will finish her treatments and be ready to adopt from 26 May. Cindy would enjoy being the only pet in the home, so she gets all your attention. Although worried initially when admitted, Cindy is proving herself to be a super friendly, affectionate and playful young cat - please get in touch if you can offer this stunner a sofa to share!
Millie is a 4.5 years old spayed tortie with white female. Millie has been health checked, blood tested, microchipped, vaccinated and flea'd and wormed. Millie is an affectionate little cat who may prefer being the only pet in the home, although she is currently in care with Dotty. Millie is a fussy, friendly, gentle and loving who enjoys a cuddle. Please get in touch if you are interested in offering wonderful little Millie her FOREVER home. Millie will be ready to adopt from 29 May onwards when all her treatments are complete.
Diesel is confident, friendly and since his castration has taken effect, very relaxed and laid back. Diesel just enjoys chilling out watching the world go by from the comfort of his pen shelf. Diesel's dream home would be somewhere rural, where he can thank his adopters by keeping their local rodent population in check. Diesel is dog confident having lived with several large dogs, and fine with other cats and older children. What an all round great chap Diesel is - please give him a chance and get in touch if you can offer him a FOREVER home.
Just In & Under Assessment - Dotty is a 10 month old white female who has just been health checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea'd and wormed. Dotty is already proving to be a friendly and affectionate young cat, please get in touch if you can offer her a FOREVER home.

Pretty Minnie is a 2.5 year old female who came into care with 3 other cats in early April. Minnie had a life-threatening infection (pyometra) on admission and underwent a spay and other emergency treatments to save her life. Thanks to our branch vets, Minnie is now expected to make a full recovery. Although Minnie has lived with dogs, she tended to avoid them, she could live with another friendly cat, with careful introductions and an older family. Minnie will not be ready to adopt early May, please get in touch if you can offer Minnie a FOREVER home.
Lola is proving to be very very fussy, affectionate, and rather surprisingly, very talkative! Is she asking - please someone give me my FOREVER home? If you can offer love and long term commitment please get in touch. Lola will need access to a safe outdoor space or garden, away from busy roads and will be ready to adopt
