This coming Saturday I'm doing a 50k called The Heights Ultra. I won it in a photo competition (pic attached) at Stanza Stones (a Craggrunner event). I did initially opt to do the 50 mile distance but then decided to drop back mainly because of the time I would be finishing which would mean myself and Steve returning to the campsite very late, but also because I wanted to sample some of the activities that are being put on that day. This is a charity event which aims to raise money for three rural schools. If anyone is in the area (Colne Valley School in Linthwaite) why not pop along to the fun day being hosted there. Anyone who likes following dots the link is attached and I'm number 153. 😁
