Completed my level 2 Pet First Aid training today, 100% on the exam. Fantastic training with some very poorly stuffed dogs to bandage up and some really good equipment for CPR training 😁

This guy has been a star today. He showed off his "round to heel" several times at Chatelherault Country Park this morning, and then he made great progress with his "quiet" command when he barks in the car, while we were stuck in traffic for 40 mins!!!

Let's all say Good Boy Lucky 😆😍🥰

Pet Care is more than a job to me, it's a vocation. Please remember to keep your pets chip up-to-date and have a tag on their collar with your contact details 🏅

I'm just home from dropping a dog into the local police 👮‍♂️ after seeing a Facebook post saying it had been running wild for hours near their house and had posted on several groups looking for the owner, and not having access to a vehicle to take him to the police themselves.

🙏Please put a collar on your dog, and have your name, address and phone number on the tag. This is actually a legal requirement, along with keeping their chip details up-to-date.

The police will scan for a chip but if the dog had a collar on, they could've contacted the owner directly.

Thankfully the dog was unharmed and easy to catch, but if your dog escapes, a collar with your contact information will save a lot of time, effort and stress for all involved, including the dog 🐕
