The lovely courier is bringing them all on saturday.

💛 The countdown to Christmas is on! 🎅
Remember, guinea pigs are not just for Christmas!
If you are thinking about getting children guinea pigs this Christmas don't think they are easy animals to care for!
Every day they need:
● fresh water
● nuggets
● some fresh veggies
● a spot clean and plenty of fresh hay
● attention!! If you would like them to be tame and easy to handle then the more used to humans they get the better
At least every week they also require a full clean out on top of the daily spot cleans!
They aren't cheap and they are time consuming. Think carefully before getting guinea pigs or any other pets this Christmas 💛💛💛🐹🐹🐹

This is a guinea pigs reaction to a relatively quiet firework from inside a house 🥺
The other guinea pigs aren't fussed about this one but the bigger ones affect them too.
PLEASE think about guinea pigs and all other pets before you set out to buy and set off noisy fireworks.
The noise from fireworks have killed guinea pigs and other animals before. How is that fair? Just for a few minutes of something to see for us.
There are other options now too e.g. low noise fireworks. There are also events offering silent firework displays - if you do wish to celebrate why not support one of these events that are trying to enact change 🖤
If you do have outdoor guinea pigs we advise bringing them inside tonight if you can. If not, make sure they are covered up outside (still allowing ventilation) with plenty of hay and areas to hide.
