Harris, one of beloved dogs, passed peacefully over rainbow bridge this afternoon. With all that's going on I'm so glad I was able to be with him.

I have to temporarily close for few days -- dad admitted yesterday morning to hospital, he's doing ok but awaiting further tests. I'm up looking after mum & visiting hospital. Hope to get back home over weekend, to go to post office and/or pick up some work if I have to head back "home home" to carry on with caring duty.

Years ago we used sticky labels like this but these are even better as they are magnetic and give more options.

A nice shade of blue waterproof fabric for this belt. It clashed with royal blue webbing, looking nicer with the lighter blue and I reckon pink, purple or green too

In 3 weeks time we'll all be gearing up for SHCGB Aviemore Sled Dog Rally at Glenmore. It will be the 40th anniversary of the event and sadly the last.
For many years I have sponsored the junior classes, this year like last year all the classes will be sponsored so every competitor will receive a goodie from TrailBaby 🙂
I'll have a stall at the Mushers Meeting on Fri 26th Jan, McDonald Hotel, Aviemore Resort.

Mum's birthday today 💐 A gift usual involves something sewn 🙂, many previously being dog themed. This year I tried out oil cloth and this bag with it's cute bird print turned out lovely for her (& dad) to use. Happy cake day 🎂
