New Hope Animal Rescue An Independent non-destruct rescue dedicated to helping the animals most in need. We also give sanctuary to rescued horses and rescued farmed animals and fowl.

New Hope Animal Rescue is an independent, non-destruct animal rescue and Sanctuary. New Hope is dedicated to helping animals on facing euthanasia or in immediate danger and those with either medical needs or behavioural problems that make them difficult to place. We aim to help as many animals and in particular those that have been turned away elsewhere. We have two sites, one in Dartford Kent whi

ch concentrates on our dog rescue, where we hold about thirty dogs at a time and the other is our Sanctuary site in Herne Bay, Kent. Our Sanctuary site looks after about three hundreds animals at a time ranging from dogs, cats and small domestics to cows, sheep, pigs and horses. We occasionally rehome those that we consider rehomeable, but often act as the middle man between immediate danger and rescue spaces. We work alongside a vast pool of other rescue organisations to make safe as many as we can. New Hope has no paid staff, including its Founders who work full time to cover as much cost as possible. We are always in need of donations to cover a vast array of expenses that are incurred including feed and bedding, enormous vets bills, kennel bills and fuel costs for transporting. PLEASE SHARE FOR RESCUE SPACE.

Roxy is a 6 year old neutered classic Stafford. She is deaf but very calm and responsive to hand signals. A really honest little staffy.
She’s friendly with everyone she meets and has been impeccable on all dog meets.

Her owner is sadly too unwell to care for her anymore so we’ve pulled her in to our EB.

No home offers at this stage please, she is looking for a RESCUE SPACE.

For those that remember Hank, now Frank. Here he is a year after he was adopted….. his mum absolutely adores him!
Some of you will remember him as he was such a horrific case. He was beaten and had a badly swollen head, bruising, damage to his ge****ls and bum along with burns. He spent quite a while at New Hope HQ.

Poppy (13 years) and Toto (10 years), came into our emergency cattery yesterday and are settling well.
Sadly their elderly owner passed a way in August and despite efforts by friends of the owner they have been unable to find a Rescue to take them on. Some one has been going in every day to feed them but they’ve been alone in the owner’s house since she passed away.
We couldn’t say no 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛
