OPENING
Coronavirus update:
We are delighted to announce that we will reopen week commencing 18th May.
I have to spoken to many of you throughout this difficult period, and I thank you for your kind words and support.
Appointments:
As you can imagine I have an extensive list of our furry friends needing appointments, which I will be contacting you about in the next couple of days.
For those clients who already had their appointments booked, it will remain the same.
For clients needing an appointment, please contact me in the usual way.
Health and safety:
For your health and safety and the welfare of your dog, strict procedures must be adhered to.
• Only one customer allowed in the shop at one given time.
• Please wear gloves/a mask if you can, if not, use hand sanitiser provided in the reception area.
• Open the gate to the main area to allow access for your dog to the grooming area. You must remain in reception at all times.
• We will remain at the rear of the shop whilst you do this.
• Please take your dog's collar and leader with you.
Please ensure that you arrive promptly for your appointment, we will call you for pickup - this is to ensure there's no customer crossover.
Hygiene/cleaning procedures:
• All areas will be sanitised between grooms.
• Full PPE will be worn.
• A surcharge of £2.50 is necessary to cover additional PPE/cleaning costs.
A copy of CFSG COVID-19 advice (11th May 2020) for animal related businesses will be put in the comments below and is also available in reception.
For those that are suffering from COVID-19 we send our love and good wishes, and wish you a speedy recovery. However, if you are showing symptoms, please refrain from bringing your dog to the shop. Stay home, stay safe 😊
I'm really looking forward to seeing you all
