Did some indoor puppy training with Lucca and her parents today. She looks all sweet and innocent but quite a little madam when she wants to be. I love a dog with character. 😊So cute and loveable though. Did some recall training, no biting, down, distraction, bed and settle. X

I had the pleasure of helping Evie and her parents out yesterday with some walking nicely on lead and helping them to give her more directions and encouragement and we also let her off lead for the first time and did some recall! Her parents picked it up straight away and Evie blew us all away! She was fantastic. This is a video from her Mum this morning!!! My heart is busting with pride!!!! Great work all!!!! ###

I like to take pictures like this because they look nice but it’s a great way to bond and build trust with your dogs. They learn to take direction, sit, wait, they learn to be close to other dogs and be calm and trust you and the other dogs and the camera. The high stump is good for getting your dogs used to being handled and being lifted up like you would at the vets on their high tables. Bella did great today considering how nervous she is. I also gave her some long lead so she could have a bit more freedom but so I could guide her when I needed her to recall or change direction for me. X

I had some one and one training with Teddy and his Mum. One of the things was to be able to open the door without charging to greet the person too. Teddy’s Mum took control and gave him clear directions to stay back and wait on the mat. Fantastic job both! X

Nervous Bella. Started with her tail down but then her nose went down to the floor and started smelling and then she started smelling the other dogs. The more she sniffed the floor or other the dogs, the more I praised her!
