All of these piggies at the have a baby daddy who hasn't even had his sweet 16th yet! 😁😱

Diego (second picture) has a classic story about pet shops misgendering pigs and the chaos that follows! Originally, Diego's owners were told that he was a girl. 💝 Four surprise babies later, it turned out that Diego was a boy! 🥶 Surprise! 😅 Proud father of 5 and he has 3 more on the way! 🤯

🤔 How did this all happen?!

Two piggies were bought from a pet shop. 🏪 They were living happily until one day there were 3 of them! The owners were surprised that they were given a pregnant piggy from the pet shop and weren't told about this! But the pet shop wanted nothing to do with this and said that it wasn't their problem. And then misgendered Diego as a girl. ☹️

💝 Thinking that Diego was a girl, he then got his mum and his auntie pregnant. 🙈 His mum had a litter of five as you can see here, and his auntie had a little of three yesterday, who will also be making their way to the Kavee Rescue!

😎 Being the lady killer that he is, Diego now lives with his son Oakly, to learn a bit about parenthood, seeing as he doesn't have to pay child support!

⚠️ The have had 20 new piggies join them just this January! Their busiest January ever! Bringing them up to 121 piggies! 🐹 Whilst 121 piggies may sound like a dream to some of you. 😍 Tara and Ian need your help now more than ever with their new arrivals. We've been freezing our little paws off! 🐾🥶

For any little potatoes living their life outside, bring them in during freezing temperatures! ☃️

🥰 Guinea pigs need to live in temperatures between 18-23 degrees c
🙈 Provide extra hideys and hay for extra warmth
🌬️ House piggies in a draft-free spot, with access to sunlight if possible!
🔥 Add a microwaveable heat pad to keep them extra toasty

Do you know what your guinea pig's diet needs to consist of? 🤔

🌾 Hay is 80% of their diet, keeping their gut moving and teeth healthy!
🥬 Leafy greens, fruit and veg should be rotated for a tasty nutritious diet
💩 Good quality pellets for any vitamins they may be missing out on
💦 A constant fresh supply of water should be provided
