Happily all my guests and fosters currently staying are in fine fettle but just so that all my customers are aware thought I’d share this post from Brentknoll Vets😞...we are usually so lucky to have 24/7 access to vets for our pets (even if it comes with a financial whack) so very worrying that Worcester doesn’t have an emergency out of hours service atm - but my every sympathy with vets who are struggling with staff shortages and staff sickness xx

So sorry for the lack of photos this last week (half term week), what a (lovely!) shock to the system being busy again was 😂I’d forgotten how physically (& mentally!) tiring bunny/piggy boarding can be & really should have put in some training beforehand! Anyway...a few pics of some of my gorgeous guests from the last few days 😍happily the beautiful sunshine has meant that the garden is blooming with weeds & forage to ensure lots of happy campers 💚x

I’m so happy that the sun is shining & very happy that so many of my bunster/piggeroo families are holidaying in the good weather (esp. the campers 😊). All animals are relaxed & happy, all the piggies enjoyed grass time today & the bunnies had grass & forage delivered by room service - have a great Bank Holiday weekend everyone xx

Hello, I was sent this bag of Barley Rings but they arrived broken into small chunks & a lighter colour than usual so I didn’t want to put them on twigsandburrows.co.uk (despite the manufacturers checking the batch number & reassuring me that they are absolutely fine 😊), so if anyone would like to bring a bag and help themselves to as many or as few as they wish, please do. I can leave the big bag by my front door 😊barley rings/chunks are quite calorific but buns & pigs usually love them so make good treats 💛xx

I’m cautiously optimistic that I’ll be welcoming some of my bunny & piggy guests back to Buntings this summer 💚& I can’t wait! Just a little reminder to make sure that all bunnies are 100% up to date with their VHD/myxo & RVHD2 vaccines please (at least 3 weeks before their holidays). Hope to see some of you soon xx

Good morning, can anyone who uses either Lowesmoor or Severn Vets please recommend their most bun savvy vet please. A customer has asked for advice as she is able to travel to either of these 2 practices and has a poorly bun🐰🌼🐰

I hope that you & your animals are all staying snug and warm 🤩this cold snap is certainly dragging on a bit ❄️😳❄️ - please shout if you need any straw for outside bunnies. Straw is so much more insulating than hay due to it’s hollow strands & ‘springiness’. Please shout if you want me to leave you a trugful out the front (contact free) & bring a bin bag. I’ve been topping up the outside buns each evening & they all look very cosy. Not so good for piggies as straw is too spiky & a danger to piggy eyes 👀 xx
