I personally think I've got one of the best jobs anyone could have as I adore dogs - all dogs. I am City & Guilds qualified, passed with distinction, and trained by the best - Scotgroom in Carluke. The most common question I'm asked is how much does it cost to do a....... So I thought I would make a short of dogs just to give you a guide. I’ve started to write this message so many times but I’m struggling to come up with the right words 😞 after sleepless nights and hard thinking I have decided not to return to dog grooming.

I want to thank all my loyal customers for all their love and support over the years.

I know many of you will be extremely disappointed and this is why I’m struggling to write this.

I’ve had 10 blissful years of loving your dogs and those memories I will treasure.

I know I haven’t posted in a while. Work has been manic and the demand is high.

On a personal note my beloved border terrier Figgy Pudding died suddenly and totally unexpectedly from a brain tumour on Tuesday. I nursed her in the salon then quickly realised it was something more sinister.

Im emotionally traumatised by what happened and I would be grateful if you could give me space and time to recover.

Unless it’s happened to you you’ll never understand.

Hi everyone. First of all my sincere apologies if you’ve not heard from me. I’ve had a couple of hospital appointments and a Covid injection which has resulted in having to move current appointments. It’s not helped that the hospital cancelled one appointment then gave me another 🙈 anyway normal service will resume and I’ll be making new appointments for all those waiting to hear from me.

Again I’m so sorry and I hope to see you soon 🥰

First of all Happy New Year to you all!!! I wish you good health and happiness for 2021🥳💕🐶

I know we are all feeling anything but happy at the moment but staying indoors cuddling my beloved dogs undoubtedly helps me and hope it helps you too. 🐶🐶🐶🐶 they’re a great tonic!! ❤️

After the recent Government announcements I have taken advice from my local MP as well listening to my fellow groomers and the consensus is that we need to close for the time being. It’s not an easy decision however I can open for dogs that are heavily matted or require nail clipping.

I’m having a bit of a problem with my business page therefore please either phone or text me on 07718426979. I’m still here for you if you need any advice or help.

Hopefully this is for the short term. We all need to play our part to eradicate this virus once and for all😞 please stay safe and look after each other.

AT LONG LAST!!! I’ve had concrete confirmation that we can reopen!!

With effect from this Wednesday 25 November we will be open!!! Any appointments for Saturday 21, Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November will be rescheduled.

All I ask is that you do not enter the salon- I will collect and return the dog to you.

I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused to you all. It’s been a stressful time but we’re delighted to be welcoming you back.

Can’t wait to see you!!

Good morning everyone!

Just to say I’m still trying my best to get definitive answers from my local MP as currently it reads we can groom Welfare cases only. If this is the case I’m not insured to do others and also I could incur a fine.

I promise I’ll do my best to get you rebooked as quickly as possible. Please message me rather than place a comment below - just so I’ve got traceability. Also it looks like I’m going to open between Christmas and New Year for a few days so please state if you’d like before Christmas, in between Christmas and New Year or after New Year. This would be helpful.

This isn’t an easy time for any of us - I value your custom, your beloved doggies, your patience and your loyalty.

I’ll keep you posted I promise

We’ve read the guidelines and listened to the government broadcasts and made the hard decision to close for 3 weeks from this coming Friday at 6pm reopening 11 December.

In order to stay safe we need to adhere to government decisions and rules to which we know some customers will be extremely disappointed.

RSPCA guidelines reads If there are any really badly matted dogs or dogs with either bad claws or have skin conditions that require to be clipped short then please let us know as we are allowed to make sure these dogs do not suffer discomfort.

You know we’ll do ANYTHING to help any of you so if you feel your dog urgently needs an appointment then please let us know.

All I can say is please stay safe and stay healthy we will still be here for your dogs when this situation eases.

Hi everyone. After today’s announcement regarding West Lothian entering into tier 4 from 6pm this Friday it’s left the Dog Grooming world in a bit of a spin 🤪

Please give me a couple of days to gather vital information before Bex and I decide to remain open or close.
