Meet Susie - I'm the co-founder of Pause & Breathe. Now, I might not be very good at selfies on woodland walks, but I love facilitating sessions that enable people to improve their health and wellbeing.

My Chair Yoga classes are restarting next week:
Tuesdays 10-10.45am
Thursdays 6.15-7pm

Chair Yoga can really make movement more accessible - I offer a range of options for every posture, so you can really find the right one for you.

In this block we'll be welcoming in the New Year - releasing what no longer serves us and welcoming in change.
