Hi everyone,
I hope that you have all had a lovely summer and that you are enjoying the autumn sunshine.
Apologies to anyone who has emailed or messaged and has not yet had a reply. Unfortunately my treatment has gone on for somewhat longer than expected due to some minor complications which I am happily now through. However, I need to rest and recover for a little while longer than I would have liked. As a result Sarah and Janine have been on restricted hours. We hope to be able to respond to everyone who has already contacted us by the end of next week.
I am hoping to be back to work at the beginning of October. I am aware that some of you have been waiting a long time for your saddles and I will make sure that those people are prioritised when their saddles are delivered to us. Izzie will continue to look after all clients in the Surrey/Hampshire area and Emma Payne (Saddle M.) will support me with East Sussex, East Surrey and Kent.
Those clients who are currently expecting a visit next week will be contacted to rearrange.
Please also note that there are still long delays on saddles due to Covid issues and with deliveries of raw materials to the factories.
Thank you for all the lovely messages of support. I am feeling better and I am looking forward to seeing you all as soon as I am fully recovered.

What a fabulous week we have had seeing some of our lovely clients now that Mandy is slowly getting back to work.

We finished our day with Scarlet Scott and her 2 wonderful mare’s Joy and Lily ( Lily is pictured)

Good evening everyone

With Mandy slowly returning to work I just wanted to let you all know that there is a minimum of a 6 week wait for any new appointments going forward.

Mandy would also like to thank Izzie for all her support while she has been poorly and anyone who has seen Izzie, you will have your next appointments booked in with us and I will be in contact with your next appointment shortly. Izzie will still be supporting Mandy but she will be staying closer to home and will only be covering the Hampshire area.
