Airdrie academy Monday group
Today we done the usual mucking out, pooped the paddock, groomed the pony’s then headed to the ashy to do some leading and handling obstacles they all done really well and followed all instructions given

We done the usual mucking out, some paddock pooping, hay nets and then we brought the pony’s in for some grooming and also done a work sheet on points of the horse all students done really well and got most of the answers correct

Done loads today, first we pooped the paddocks after emptying the tractor we then headed back to the paddock to catch the pony’s
We then groomed the pony’s and then got the girls to do a worksheet on points of the horse and they all got majority of the body parts correct we then done some braids and then ended the session with stretching the pony’s

Airdrie academy Tuesday group
Today we done something a bit different and pooped the paddock the students also had a go at catching the pony’s from the paddock we then headed down to the sheltered area to groom the pony’s we then tacked them up to let the students have a go and for most of the group it’s was there FIRST TIME on a horse ever !! They all done amazing and followed all instructions given by staff they then helped to un tack after they had a shot

The girls done the usual mucking out, filled some hay nets then we groomed the pony’s ready to tack up since the students are almost half way through the course they got to have a shot of the pony’s to reward them for there hard work throughout the last few weeks
They all done really well and followed the staff’s instructions perfectly
Massive well done 👍🏻👏🏻🐴🐈‍⬛

We done the usual mucking out and the pupils had a go at catching the pony’s then we done some grooming and to finish of the day they done some leading and handling exercises the pupils had to back the pony up while keeping all 4 legs inside the polls

The staff at phantom’s legacy would like to say a massive THANK YOU too Leigha and her family for taking there own time to have a fundraiser for the pony’s ☺️😃
They raised £300 and we could not be more grateful !!

Today we done the usual mucking out, filled some hay nets then took the pony’s down to the indoor to watch them have a play, had the students catch the pony’s done some grooming and since it was there last week they got to have a shot of the pony’s as a reward for there hard work
