I have availability in my late morning group walks Monday to Friday🐾 offering a discount to those who need 5 days per week🥳

DO NOT WALK YOUR DOG IN HOT WEATHER!!🙏
Early mornings and late evenings…or not at all!
This weekend and the beginning of next week…the temperatures are going to sky rocket.
PLEASE BE AWARE AND KEEP YOUR PETS INDOORS!!🙏

ADVICE FROM RSPCA:

Never leave animals in cars, conservatories, outbuildings or caravans on a warm day, even if it's just for a short while. When it's 22°C outside, temperatures can quickly rise to 47°C (117°F) in these environments, which can be deadly.

You can also keep your pets safe by:

Using a pet-safe sun cream on exposed parts of your pet's skin

Making sure they have shade

Giving them constant access to fresh water

Putting ice cubes in their water bowl

Giving them damp towels to lie on

It's also worth checking pets regularly for flystrike.

It’s that time of year again where farmers fields have blossomed into pretty yellow flowers, these plants are called rapeseed. Although it may be tempting to place your dog in the mist to take a scenic photo, please avoid this at all costs!
Rapeseed is extremely poisonous for dogs, especially in highly sensitive canines.
Rapeseed is listed by Dogs Trust as toxic to our dogs if ingested and can cause symptoms such as:
❌Haemolytic Anaemia
❌ Blindness
❌ Damaged Nervous System
❌ Digestive Disorders
❌ Breathing Problems
Even walking through these fields should be avoided!

Please seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog shows any signs of rapeseed poisoning.
