This is a post I never ever wanted to write but I knew the day would come. My beautiful Ringo, my best friend, the love of my life, peacefully passed away on Saturday in my arms.

My heart is completely broken so I hope you will all understand that I may be slower in responding or not my usual self.

I have decided not to take time off work as it is a welcomed distraction however some things are taking a back seat for now.
