Nice to see the paddock drainage that we installed last summer is working and the horses at Sproxton Grange Equestrian are able to be turned out and enjoying the paddock in the winter sun.. the paddocks were previously water logged which resulted in them been unusable as they become boggy and churned up.. should you have require any drainage works carrying out, please do not hesitate to contact us Hymas Arenas D H Multiservices

Just received the following message feedback regarding our considerate team whilst driving :

Hi, I'd like to thank your guys for stopping and waiting whilst we led 2 horses past and well into the field before continuing. Too many stories of drivers not slowing and not enough thanks to the ones who are brilliant. Even though we are on a private estate, but it can still be a trial to get some horses safely out/in. This was the 2nd day out here for the one I was leading and with a broken wrist it makes the job harder. Thanks again. 😊

*Project Update*
Livery Yard Construction..

Just a quick update to show you how the livery yard construction project is going.. As you can see everything is coming on nicely, the arena drains, stone base and fence are nearly completed ready for the arrival of the premixed wax coated silica sand and fibre surface.. The 7no stable block is coming along well, and as you can see it is nearly up to roof height already..

The project entails transforming an old agricultural yard into a full equestrian livery yard including the construction of a 60 x 40m outdoor arena with training mirrors, installation of one partially covered horse walker, formation of 3no. Covered winter turnout areas, tack room/feed store. Construction of 7No. Stables and wash/dry bay..

the project is very exciting, and we are looking forward to seeing it all completed and up and running.

We will post various stages showing the development of the site from start to finish ..

Equestrian Livery Yard Construction.

Our equestrian construction/groundwork’s team have recently started work on a new exciting project.. they are currently transforming an old agricultural yard into a full equestrian livery yard.. The project includes the construction of a 60 x 40m outdoor arena with training mirrors, installation of one partially covered horse walker, formation of 3no. Covered winter turnout areas, tack room/feed store. Construction of 7No. Stables and wash/dry bay.. the project is very exciting, and we are looking forward to seeing it all completed and up and running.

The planning team at helped to obtain planning permission for this complex development. (At a location within the Howardian hills of outstanding natural beauty) by preparing and submitting the application, and liaising with the planners etc..

We will post various stages showing the development of the site from start to finish ..
