Finn got the all clear on his health check at the vets this morning. He has been given his flea and worm treatment as he has never been treated for these since he was 9wks old!!! Luckily he doesn't have any fleas nor showing signs of worms but we will treat him anyway just in case 🙂

6MTH OLD FINN (was Oliver) will be visiting our vet for a check up tomorrow. He's settling well in his foster home and is being a very good boy, most of the time, he is a puppy 🤪. What a beautiful boy he is though and very sweet with it. 🐶💕💕

Mother and Daughter Mia and Asha are doing great in their new home. Both now spayed and fully vaccinated by our rescue and recovered really well. These two landed themselves a fantastic home together and they are simply adored by their family. Whilst neutering our rescue dogs we always have a full health check and bloods ran including teeth cleaned and any extractions done. With Mia the mum, it was found she had been suffering with hip dysplasia poor girl and was quite stiff but we've now got her on treatment and she's lost 3kg already after being on a diet which her new mum and dad have done fantastic with. So she's much more comfortable now and enjoying her walks. Every penny we get from donations goes into the costs of ensuring our dogs get the very best of care. Two more beautiful souls now loving their best life 👏😟🐾🥰

Our Gorgeous Dotty is doing so well. Her adoring mum and dad give her everything she could dream of and more. She's loving her walks, play times and her cuddles and she's doing great on her top quality complete raw food diet to help her skin which is improving no end. She's seeing a holistic vet as well and having lots of natural supplemented foods and treatments to help her keep her skin from itching and becoming inflamed. She's also lost a few kilos which was really needed as she was very out of shape. She's now fit as a fiddle and loving her exercise. Dotty had a chronic skin and ear issue when she first came to us via the request of a vet as she almost lost her life due to this issue , it was so bad, so it's fabulous that her mum has carried on the work we started with her and taken all the advice on board and gone above and beyond to help her little girl. Dotty is going nowhere, she's safe and loved to bits and most importantly very happy. 👏🥳🥰

‼️🚨6MTH OLD OLIVER THE BORDER COLLIE IS NOW IN TEMPORARY FOSTER BUT STILL NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER SUITABLE FOSTER OT FOREVER HOME ASAP 🙏🏠🥰
He's such a lovely lad, very active and playful but very affectionate too. A real sweetheart but much bigger than we were led to believe with his original photos. Collies mature quicker so he looks like he’s fully grown but he actually isn’t and is still a very young pupster in need of all the love, care and guidance a pup needs. Oliver is great with other dogs but is quite playful and is still working out how this works having not had other dog company much so far so can be a little clumsy but no malice at all. He has lived with kids from 8yrs upwards. He needs an active home with someone around most of the time as he loves to be with his people and is bery loyal and loving, staying by your side and walking almost to heel naturally. He's now been cat tested and was curious but didn’t over react so it may be possible in the right circumstances. He can be a worky type collie, has the stance and collie crawl but no nipping, chasing or mouthing from him so far. This beautiful boy needs a secure garden and lots of mental and physical exercise as collies do. He's fully housetrained, has good recall and is very eager to please. He a real special boy and we want a 5*, collie loving home for him. Border Collies are the most loyal, loving, smart and fun loving characters all they ask is to be given time, energy and attention and they can be the most obedient and enjoyable companions and family dogs. Oliver may look like a fully grown dog but he is very much still a puppy and he is only 6mth old so will need continuing with his training and socialising. URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED FOR OLIVER THE FOR 6 MTH OLD BORDER COLLIE PUP
Oliver needs a foster home asap. Collie experienced or someone who has lots of time for training, exercising and socialising. Oliver needs a secure garden to play in and can live with other friendly dogs. No cats sorry. He has lived with children but kids would need to be over 8yrs as this little guy needs lots to of attention and time. 😞🤷🏻‍♀️😞 POOR DUKE IS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS TO ADOPT HIM?😞🤷🏻‍♀️😞
We are so surprised and gutted that this gorgeous boy hasn’t received more interest. Duke is a lovely 3 yr old Golden Labrador who needs a quiet home, preferably in the countryside or on a quiet street where loud noises and fireworks can’t scare him so much. He gets so worried when out walking especially at night after cruelly having had a firework thrown at him as a puppy.😞 He ideally needs a home with no other dogs or cats and no young children. Someone willing to work with him who has lots of patience to build up his confidence outside of the home. In the home he’s very loving and affectionate and a lovely boy. We are looking for someone who won’t leave him for hours at a time although he can manage fine for a couple of hours and someone who will make him the centre of their family. 🤗💛🤗 PLEASE GIVE A WARM WELCOME TO JASPER THE TIBETAN TERRIER🤗💛🤗
Jasper is a two year old neutered male Tibetan Terrier (an unusual breed to see in rescue) who has come into our care today due to the sad loss of his dad. He is a little bewildered at the moment and still settling into his foster home, but is getting on fine with the other dogs there and has been very friendly so far. He will be looking for his forever home soon and will need someone around most of the day and who can give him at least two good walks a day and plenty of stimulation and company. He could live with another neutered dog but no cats or small children unfortunately as he has not lived with these in the past. URGENTLY NEEDING A FOSTER HOME IS 5MTH OLD POPPY THE BELGIAN MALINOIS
This lively but lovely pup needs a Shepherd experienced home asap. Preferably with another friendly dog with someone who can offer her the exercise and training she needs. This breed is highly intelligent and so they need lots of mental and physical stimulation including lots of reward based training and patience. Poppy will not be rehomed with young children or small animals as she has never been around them and is a very lively dog. Poppy will be the most loyal, loving companion and all she asks is someone to give her the time and energy to train and socialise her. Please share this girl far and wide. She deserves a loving home and to be saved from being passed from pillar to post, ending up as a stray in the system as an adult dog nobody wants. She's a puppy now and this is the best time to ensure she grows into a well balanced adult. Her life could go either way at this moment as we can't help her if we don't have a suitable foster home for her. Poppy will be fully vaccinated, chipped and spayed when she's old enough. WELCOME AUTUMN 🍁 THE BEAUTIFUL 6MTH OLD POMERANIAN 🍁🍁
Autumn is only a puppy but she found herself homeless due to sad circumstances so she's now looking for her forever home. Autumn is good with other dogs but she's extremely playful and a little ball of energy so other dogs need to be very tolerant and playful and preferably young enough to keep up with her. She can live as an only dog but would need lots of interaction, training and exercise to keep both her mind and body busy. She's so smart she could be trained to do anything. She would love agility or dancing as she's very responsive to training. Autumn wouldn't suit someone who's looking for a steady retirement companion. She will need plenty of exercise so someone with plenty of time and energy for her and a home with a garden that is fully secure with fencing at least 5ft as this little girly can jump quite high. Also please bear in mind Autumn is only young and could easily live another 13/14 or more years so take this into account when applying. Autumn is 85% housetrained so this training will need to be carried on in her new home. She can puppy mouth when playing so kids over 8yrs only and can live with dog savvy cats as long as introduced safely. Autumn will be adopted on a neutering contract and is fully vaccinated, chipped & health checked. These two gorgeous girls are just settling in to their foster home so still under assessment at the moment but we are opening applications for them based on what we know so far. So Mia (the black beauty) is 6yrs old and she's Mum. Asha is 3yrs old. Both girls are very friendly and we'd love to try to keep them together if possible. They get on fine with other dogs but are nervous of large/giant breed dogs and will bark at them but great with small to medium breeds. They're house trained, walk well on a lead and know basic commands. Both girls came into our rescue due to an unfortunate change in their families circumstances and have both been loved dearly previously. 🆘🙏. URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED FOR FUDGE 🙏🆘
Fudge is currently living in a garage after being abandoned by his previous owner when he sold his house. His is a 9 yr old Jack Russell and is understandably very upset and crying to be let out. Unfortunately the new owners of the home (who are in no way to blame) have 4 dogs of their own (one being a pup) and whilst they feel fudge could settle down around other dogs eventually, the owners are a little unsure and don’t want to take any risks as he’s been a bit growly with some but playful with others. So he needs getting out of there asap we are sure you would agree. Are there any terrier lovers out there who can help straight away? Preferably pet free or with the ability to keep separate if needed just whilst he is assessed further. This poor little lad shouldn’t be in this predicament, especially at this age and it would be lovely if we could find him a warm and loving foster home and get him safe asap. Fudge is not neutered and current home owner doesn’t know if he’s vaccinated either. Please get in touch if you can help with fostering or share if you can’t. Many thanks. 🙏😢

POOR DUKE IS STILL WAITING FOR A PET FREE FOSTER OR PERMANENT HOME
Duke hasn't had much interest and is sadly still waiting for his best life to begin. Duke is happier in a pet free environment so would do better as an only dog and no cats. He likes all the attention to himself. He needs a home with a decent sized garden with a lawn so he can play with his toys and have plenty of space as he's not confident on walks do prefers only small, shirt walks at the moment. This is due to someone throwing a firework at him when he was a puppy. So we'd love a home that will be willing to work on this with him with our help of course. He's approximately 12 months old, absolutely loves people as all staffords do, he's never shown any aggression to other dogs or people. He's good in the car and can live with older children but not little kids, just because of his excitement & would probably knock over a small child.
Seth walks well on a lead, he does pull to start with due to excitement but does soon settle down.
He's such a lovely dog that would suit an active home with lots of exercise. He will need a safe and secure garden with at least 5ft fencing. Seth would love his people to be home most of the time with him but can be left short periods and built up gradually to longer. No cats sorry. 💜💜WOODY UPDATE 💜💜 🪙🪙PLEASE KEEP YOUR DONATIONS COMING IN SO WE CAN SAVE THIS SWEET BOYS LIFE ❤️❤️❤️ Here is is following his life Saving operation yesterday. As you can hear he is chatting away to the staff and doing his best to be a normal little puppy bless him 🥹. He’s still very weak and we won’t know if he will make it for sure for another few days yet. But he’s certainly giving it his all bless him and has even started to eat a bit here and there all by himself. 💪❤️ We are hoping and praying he will and want to thank everyone for their support so far and of course to ask you all to keep on sharing for this little man so we can continue to make sure he gets the best veterinary care possible. 🙏🙏❤️💜❤️

MEET TIA THE LOVELY, SWEET 9YR OLD STAFFY X - this poor girl just breaks our hearts. She's so traumatised by the past few months of her life, her Dad was rushed into hospital and poor Tia had to spend many months in kennels. Whilst in kennels she suffered a Pyometra (serious womb infection) which nearly cost her her life so had emergency surgery. Then sadly her devoted Dad passed away and she became homeless. Luckily a very caring family member took her out of kennels and tried her best to care for her despite having lots of other commitments but unfortunately it just wasn’t the right setting for Tia so the lady reached out to us to help. So understandably Tia is very timid, very upset and confused and very clingy to her foster mum. She is the sweetest girl you could meet with the waggiest tail but she's just had a hard time of it lately. Her plight was turned down by lots of rescues, but we just couldn't turn our back on her, we had to try to help her. Tia is going to be a work in progress, consisting of possibly months of rehabilitation and patience, a solid routine, plenty of physical and mental exercise, good quality food and lots of repetitive positive reward based training and of course all this takes time and patience. Thanks go to her lovely foster Mum Emma for her kindness and commitment in caring for Tia but if there is a loving permanent home out there willing to give Tia everything she needs in a quiet environment, then please do get in touch. Shes already making great progress and is such a fantastic little staffy girl who has so much love to give. 💜 Full rescue back up and support is provided for life. Tia is in Doncaster, South Yorkshire 🙏🙏

NOW ADOPTED 🥳🥳 💛💛 Super cute Dougal, the 10mth old Dachshund X pupster is so happy to be out of a kennel environment and in to his lovely foster home. He’s coming out of his shell day by day and showing he loves toys, cuddles and cosy sofas. He really is a lovely boy and is looking for his forever home with his very own loving family. 💛💛. 🚨❤️SIMBA & MURPHY ARE NOW READY FOR THEIR FOREVER HOME. 🚨❤️ The boys are doing so well. Here they are actually running and off lead bless them both. They are loving life now and are feeling much better as you can see. Murphy could barely walk when he came in and was quite overweight. They were depressed and struggling to be honest. But look at them now, living their Best Life in foster with the amazing Martyn & Jane. Please share to help find them their forever homes. They have waited far too long.
