I groomed Cleo previously and was so annoyed at myself for not getting a photo. So, I made sure I got a photo today.

Would you look at the difference in Jess🤩😍

First photo is after her bath, blow dry and trim today. Second is after her first bath and blow dry, just a few days after she was fostered with her new family (after a very difficult start in life).

It been amazing see her go from strength to strength at each groom, and to see her amazing wee personality starting to shine through.

She absolutely smashed her groom today and I think she is now looking like the best version of her self.

I was chatting to Brodie and Rose on our way to school about Mental Health Awareness week and asked them how they thought owning a dog might benefit someone’s mental health…their responses were heartwarming ❤️🐶

‘Dogs make you feel loved’
‘They are your fluffy friend’
‘If you don’t have anybody to be with, you would have your dog’
‘They would make you exercise, because you have to walk them’
‘They make you feel safe’
‘They are good to cuddle’
‘They make you feel calm when you pat them’
‘Dogs make you happy’

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is focusing on the importance of moving more for our mental health🚶

🐶 Dog ownership can play an integral part in that, as our dogs will help motivate us to get out walking and encourage an active routine.

This will not only improve our physical health, but in turn, will positively impact our mental health, by improving our mood and well-being❤️

‼️‼️‼️ TICK SEASON HAS ARRIVED ‼️‼️‼️

☀️Spring and summer months are when you are likely to find these little nasties on your dog!!

In order to avoid any issues, it is worth checking your dog for ticks after all of their walks 🐾

It is important ticks are removed ASAP, as If they not removed, they can lead to serious complications for your dog. To remove a tick safely it is best to use a tick removal tool, which can be picked up for only a couple of ££ in a pet shop or Amazon etc.

If I do find was of these little delights whilst grooming….I will ensure it is removed safely for you👌

First tick was found today, right next to wee Blarneys eye. He has been so lucky to have never had a tick before…but there’s a first time for everything🙈🙈

Beautiful Bea was in today for a bath, blow dry and really good brush out. Her coat had started getting a bit much to manage at home, so we had a really good re-set today. We removed matts and compacted hair from her coat, making it easier for mum to manage at home. Isn’t this girl an absolute beauty? ❤️

🎉Happy 13th Birthday Harvey Dog🎉 Today, our handsome Harvey turned 13. We are so incredibly lucky to have had 13 fabulous years with our boy! Despite starting his day at the vet, he has still had a great wee day and the kids have absolutely loved spoiling him😁❤🐾

Today, I was at The Parsonage at Dunmore Park for a wedding walk with handsome spaniel Olly. Olly was lucky enough to be part of his owners beautiful wedding day, so I just popped up to take him a lovely big walk. Our walk took us to The Pineapple, where Olly had fun running through puddles and chasing sticks. Dunsmore's Dogs was established by myself Lynnemarie Dunsmore; a self confessed dog lover and avid dog owner! Dogs are and always have been a huge part of my world and I can't imagine what life would be without them.

My genuine love for dogs and my dream to work with them, was the inspiration behind the decision to turn my passion into a reality. In early 2018, with the support of my husband, Murray, I took a huge leap of faith and combined my love and passion, together with experience and established Dunsmore’s Dogs.
