CUSTOMER PUPDATE

So sorry everyone but it is looking like we will be amending / cancelling our services tomorrow…

The second image is the main (not so main) road near to doggy daycare (we are then down another track off here) & unless the snow/ice melts dramatically over night we are not going to be gaining access or able to leave the house first thing in the morning…

Updates will be sent out tomorrow first thing, but for now we just wanted to prepare everyone for the time and service inevitable amendments.

MONDAY 6th JAN PUPDATE

Please note that tomorrow our timings will be effected due to a later start in the hope that the snow will have cleared and roads will be safer from 10am.

Full day collections will be between 10&11 on Monday 6th Jan, our lunch walks will also be starting an hour or so later than normal.

Thanks for your understanding and patience with us!
We can’t wait to get back to our pooches and see all your lovely faces from next week.

Snowy Sunday 🤍

Services tomorrow may well be effected if the snow does not clear or carries on through today/tonight.

Safety is always our main priority & decisions are made with the safety of our dogs and hoomans in mind.

Merry Christmas 🎄
We blew the cobwebs off with a lovely walk on Bingley Moor today before eating ALOT of lovely grub 🤍

We have enjoyed a lovely family day today with Coco, Barley & our adoptive boy Monty who is in home boarding and we don’t want him to go home (as usual)❤️

Thank you again to all our lovely customers for the support in 2024. I hope everyone has had a wonderful day & I wish you all health and happiness for 2025 x x x

Lucy - Team Supervisor, Lucy & her beloved spaniel Ralph (🐶also a member of the C&B OGs club). Lucy joined us after Ralph in April 2022 and her ability to organise the team & remain level headed under pressure makes her a perfect Supervisor

Jess - Founder, Jess offers home boarding & shares this picture with Dexter one of her OGs who she has had the pleasure of looking after on walks and in her home since 2018 🐾 Jess founded Coco and Barley in 2016 and has loved animals all her life ❤️

Tash - General Manager, Tash & her gorgeous sausage dog Twix. Tash joined the team in January 2022 and quickly became an essential part of the team shining through with her wonderful leadership skills, not to mention stepping up at a time when Jess was rather poorly and keeping all the wheels in motion for all our customers and staff, what a Queen👸

Lydia - Canine care, Lydia has worked for C&B since 2018 & is such an integral part of our team. We are always getting such wonderful feedback about Lydias amazing customer service and gentle, kind nature 🫶🏻

Amy - Canine care, Amy is the newest member of our team and can be seen here with her beloved pets Willow & Indy. Amy has made an impression from the get go with her caring nature & genuine love for her role and the outdoors 🐾

Holly - Caine care, Holly has worked for us since early 2023 and has brought nothing but joy, love and laughter since the day she arrived, always going above and beyond 🐶

Taylor - Canine Trainer & Behaviourist, Taylor joined C&B in January 2023 and has added a wealth of knowledge to our team and heads up our C&B academy. Taylor and her gorgeous dog Poppy love exploring the outdoors.

Jayne - Daycare & Boarding assistant, Jayne has worked with Jess since 2016. The mother daughter duo have a love for animals & together they offer exceptional care in a home from home environment ❤️

WINTER PUPDATES ❤️

🐾FIRST AID - the team attended a canine first aid training day to refresh their knowledge⛑️

🐾TRAINING - Taylor has space for some new academy pooches from February 🎓

🐾INVOICES - please read the emails that come along with your invoices, for example our latest email contains our Christmas closure dates 🎄

🐾PAWTY - we will be releasing our Christmas pawty dates at the start of December

🐾WEBSITE - we have a new look on our website , thanks to for helping us with our new vision!
