Well with the upcoming weather 🥵 I've decided to treat the van to something!
Everyone welcome Malcolm! The air conditioner! So far had him set up 3 minutes and the temp in the van dropped from 33° to 32°
Gonna sit in here for a bit and see how cold I can get it 🥶🤣

We have had 3 cancellations today.
All last minute, 2 of those I haven't even heard from after multiple messages and calls. This is just a long line of no shows and last minute "oh I'm busy now" from the last few weeks.

I'm sorry about ranting, but this is my only income. Being mobile I cant fit many dogs in, so now I'm out a days wages, I have bills to pay just like everyone else.

Starting now, I will have to start taking deposits off everyone for their bookings.

A deposit link will be sent to everyone today.

I'm sorry to do it, but I can't afford for people to not be at home or cancel 10 minutes before I arrive.

As you have all probably seen, we are heading for a heatwave this week. That being said the van will reach ridiculous temperatures, especially with the dryer on.
So each day we will check the temps and adjust appointments accordingly to save the health of your dogs.
If you are just wanting them washed, it may be safer to not dry them in this heat and bring them back in wet.
If they are being clipped, we will have to see on the day what the temps are.
I have ordered a fan for the van.. ha that rhymes 🫣
So hopefully this might make a difference and we can carry on.

Please keep your water bowls topped up, and check pavements to see how warm they are. If you cant walk bare foot neither can your dog.

So sad to hear about one of my original handsome boys!
Scruffy has been coming to me since I went solo and opening my own salon, he's then stuck with me moving address and going mobile.
He had made it to 17!!! He was a little 🤫 but I still loved him, I always said, if he wasnt my friends dog, he'd have been fired long ago 🤣

I have a big favour to ask.
i have 2 negative reviews on my google account, marking my score down. and the 2 people have never been into the shop, or even live in this country.
If you have been to me before and have loved the service, please could you leave me a review so i can try and bring my rating back up after those horrible people. I dont understand why someone would do that to someones business if they dont even know them. :(
