Founded by dual Derby winning breeder/owner and trainer Arthur Budgett, and now run by his son Chris Budgett. Covering 350 acres of proven land for raising racehorses, we have boarding facilities for broodmares, foals, yearlings and resting racehorses. We prepare and consign yearlings for the major sales, and offer management packages for all your bloodstock needs.

HAYMAKER (2019 Muhaarar ex Squash) won at Nottingham on Saturday for trainer Hughie Morrison. He was bred by Kirtlington Stud and Mrs Mary Taylor and sold as a yearling for 42,000gns. His dam was second in the Group 3 Nell Gwyn and he is a full brother to Grade 3 winner MOTORIOUS. Squash has a yearling filly by Ardad and she is in foal to Havana Grey. CRAZY LUCK (2018 Twilight Son ex Suerte Loca) won at Nottingham on Saturday for trainer Rod Millman and owner Crown Connoisseurs. She was bred by Kirtlington Stud and Chris Budgett and sold as a foal for 6,500gns. She has gone on to land some nice handicaps and Great British Bonus races earning almost £90,000. SOLOMON (2021 Siyouni ex Ribbons) stepped up to a mile and won well at Southwell this week, in his second start for trainer William Haggas. He was bred at Kirtlington Stud by Pursuit of Success LLC, and he is owned by the same partnership that enjoyed success with his half brother SOULCOMBE before he was sold to race in Australia. MOTORIOUS (2018 Muhaarar ex Squash - pictured as a foal) ran well for 5th in the Breeders Cup Turf Sprint on Saturday for trainer Philip D’Amato. He was bred by Kirtlington Stud and Mrs Mary Taylor and sold as a yearling for 55,000gns. He was a winner for Stuart Williams before being sold to America where he has won two Grade 3 races this year and placed 2nd in a Grade 2. Congratulations to all connections.

He was bred by Kirtlington Stud and Mrs Mary Taylor, and sold as a yearling for 55,000gns. His dam was second in the Group 3 Nell Gwyn, from the family of Group 1 winners Lea and Desert Miracle. Squash has a filly foal by Ardad, and her dam Super Midge has a yearling filly by Havana Gold entered for the Tattersalls October Book 3 Sale.
