Hello fellow animal lovers,

My name is Helen and I’m very excited to share the details of my business, Fun & Furry Pet Services. Small animal boardings can of course be offered from further afield. Focusing on pet sitting and small animal boarding, I hope to help current (and prospective) pet owners meet the needs of their pets by providing reliable and professional pet care services. I have comp

leted a Masters in Animal Behaviour & Animal Welfare. Since graduation, I have been employed by the SSPCA, volunteered at Edinburgh Zoo and now work professionally within the veterinary sector. I am a trustworthy, friendly, reliable, and professional person. You can be assured that your pet will be safe and very well cared for with me - I will give them lots of love and attention, as if your pet was my own.

Frank and Burt came to stay recently and to say I loved having them would be an understatement. 🥰 🫶
As slightly more senior gentleman, they were looking for home from home comfort, which we were more than happy to provide aswell as administer ongoing medication for Frank.

Sadly, Frank has since had to cross the rainbow bridge, but we feel very grateful to have been able to spend the time we did with him. He will be very much remembered for his cheeky personality and excellent couch cuddles. 🌈🤎

Exciting news! 🎉
We’re expanding to make our services even better! I’ve wanted to offer this for years…

As of the 1st August, Furbnb will be opening its doors in Meliden, Prestatyn! Furbnb will be offering boarding for bunnies and guinea pigs in a cosy setting aimed to feel like a home from home. 🐰🐹

The building has now been fully constructed, the hutches (that all meet welfare guidelines for appropriate spacing) arrive next week and the electrics will be being installed to ensure I can keep the furries at a comfortable temperate all year round. Then it’s decorating time to make it as homely as possible! 🤗

We are fully insured and will be open 12 months of the year, so feel free to reach out with your enquiries or to book from the 1st August onwards.🐰🐹

I’ve owned bunnies/small animals all of my life, have a Masters in Animal Welfare and work in the veterinary sector, so very excited to be able to finally offer this service that I feel so passionate about!
