Grooming Tails will be closed from the 22nd of July!!!

Just to let you all know, I will be off from the 22nd of July for an operation for around 6-8 weeks ..

My books are nearly full. Before I take time off, I am opening extra days to cover, but very limited spaces left.

With an increase in new customers and an overflowing amount of new pups, I've now decided to close my books to any new customers.

Thank you to every customer who recommends me. It is why I'm here today. I appreciate you all.

RIP to my best mate Jake, absolutely heartbroken and devasted to hear that he has gained his angel wings. 😪😪

Jake was one of the first dogs on my books, just over 10 years ago...

Only saw him last week, so it wasn't expected!!

He will be sadly missed 💙 🌈🐶

NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT!!!!

I no longer accept bank transfers as payment... It's causing me a lot of trouble with customers not paying me for my services, I'm also having to chase customers for payment.

From the 14th of May, it will back to the old method of cash on collection.

I will eventually be getting a card machine, so this is just a temporary measure.

I'm now closed untill the 9th of January. I will be in touch after the new year to rebook the regulars.

December and Saturday slots are now fully booked up for the rest of the year.. And only a handful of slots left for November.

Customer Notice!!!

Please read 👇👇

Can I please remind people that you need to be on time for your appointment...
Running late over 10mins, I will have to refuse to groom on that day.
It's not something I want to do, as it affects my business, but it does have a massive effect on everyone else's slot and it has me running behind.

I do have school runs, which I can not be late for and it also affects other customers and appointments they might have booked for that day.

I understand it happens, and appreciate that we all have busy lives.

Continued lateness & missed appointments will be charged at the full price of the groom.

And please can I remind everyone, that payment should be made when dropping the dog off or when you pick up!!

I should not have to chase customers for payment days later.
