So a large family reached out, as they are due to be made homeless very shortly, and so we are now currently fostering (possibly permanently depending on the future family circumstances) two of the smallest family members. 2 female musk turtles. If anyone would like to sponsor them whilst they are in our care, it would be very much appreciated. Ideally we need another tank (heater, filter and lighting too) as they do not like eachother.

So a lot has happened since my last update.

The field shelter has been resurrected, boy it was hard work and felt brutal at some points and cost a few pennies, but it's up and being used and I have to say I shed (no pun intended) a tear.

We are obviously a retirement so many of our residents are oldies, and we have had a few losses, which never ever gets easier.

We have a new horse who has joined us for her well earned retirement.

Tomorrow, we are due to welcome 5 new residents, and they will be joining Tegan, the chicken, and they will need names, so we will be looking for name suggestions, and any name suggestions will be added to a hat and drawn out. Anyone who wants to sponsor these girls, please get in touch. Will update once they arrive.
