They aren't doing a cattle kill next week but I have asked if they had time would they do me some trim and put it ion the chiller for me. I can replace the beef tripe with Lamb Paunches if anyone is short. I'm going to ask if they will do me a deal on them seeing as they wont have beef tripe.

As you might have gathered from a few butcher's posts on Facebook things appear to be in a "bit of a mess" ,or should I say more of a mess than is usual, up at Fatstock.
Please bear this in mind when doing your orders.
If you have room, try and order more than you need just for x amount of time, and also spread your order over various "cuts". That way you are more likely to get the amount you are after.
