Back in June, we had the pleasure of hosting our second Branch Partner Conference, an amazing opportunity for Medivet and our dedicated Branch Partners to come together.

Our quarterly events are designed to foster collaboration and growth. While three of these are divisional meetings, the fourth Branch Partner Conference is a special occasion where all Branch Partners across the business gather in one place, along with our valued suppliers and key Support Centre departments. This event is a platform for sharing insights and strengthening connections.

We were thrilled to celebrate our successes, take a look at our year ahead, and network with our teams, as well as hearing from our special guest speakers, alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Andy Cresswell. In March, we launched our commitment to care for our people as much as the animals we look after.

We listened to what our colleagues told us mattered most and have created a plan around this to improve the experience of working with Medivet. This has seen us launch a variety of new benefits focused on supporting the health and well-being of our colleagues, with more to come!

June marked the launch of our new internal benefits platform, empowering colleagues to review and select their benefits, and add their dependants. These benefits include; Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan with an industry-leading Employee Assistance Programme, access to our Cycle to Work scheme and many more.

Celebrating Success - Our Graduate Development Programme Earns Accreditation

Thanks to the hard work of our Early Careers team, our Graduate Development Programme is now accredited by the International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS) which is an amazing achievement and reflects the dedicated support Graduates receive when they join us.

Our graduates are an integral part of our Medivet community and over the last few years our Programme has gone from strength to strength with Graduates playing a key role in our future success.

The Programme supports our graduates each and every day and has been designed to ease them into the world of work with dedicated training and mentoring whilst offering clear development and progression to kick-start a rewarding and fulfilling career with us.
