Spent a few years watching her through glass but this was the first time actually spending time with ‘Peach’ the Peach-throated monitor. Will say monitors are something else, not for everyone to keep but definitely a species everyone should experience.

She’s been an absolute nightmare when it comes to feed (unusual for a carpet) years of being an only mouse feeder but finally got her onto rats and now she’s starting to fill out.
