We heartbreakingly lost our beautiful jackrussell Lola unexpectedly last night ♥️

I apologise if I am a little bit emotional when greeting clients over the next few days. We all know how much these wonderful animals mean to us and how devastating it is when we lose them.

As some of my lovely clients know we sadly and unexpectedly lost my partners Dad a couple of weeks ago - I have attached his story on the poster below.

Frazer (who a few of you have met) and my two brothers will be taking part in the Macmillans 'Longest Day Golf Challenge' on Wednesday 3rd of July, where they will play 72 holes of golf in a single day. So far they have raised just over £1000.

The lovely Teddy ♥️ those who have been followers of Caseys Cuts Dog Grooming for a while will already know the amazing Teddys story and how he had to have both eyes removed.

He gets better and more confident everytime he comes in for a groom and today his lovely Mum was able to let Chloe get some hands on experience with helping/handling him. He is such a trusting gent (sometimes too trusting, especially when he believes if he jumps someone will 100% catch him!) And absolutely loves a cuddle!

I am very proud of this little one today, Isla is only young and she can be a little bit nervy and unsure of the grooming process but today was pretty much foot perfect ♥️ she is also incredibly cute!

The power of food

The lovely Todd isn't the biggest fan of the hair dryer (although he has improved so much in the last year!) So today we tried the lick mat and some 'poochnut butter' so we had more hands available for drying and it proved to be a hit! 🐾

The lovely Buster, our oldest client at 17.5 years old, having a tidy up ❤️🐾

One very relaxed Teddy Bear 🐾 Teddy has been coming to me for a couple of years now. He has had both eyes removed so has his Mum with us to make sure he feels comfortable and safe mostly because he has all the faith in the world that if he goes to jump someone will always catch him! In the past he was quite anxious about the grooming process. But here he is today, relaxing on a nice comfy bed whilst having a tidy up! Just love him. ❤️ If you have a dog with special requirements or needs please do get in touch and we can see if there is anything we can do to help.

Chloe got to use her new dryer today! ❤️🐾

2 springer spaniels, 2 pointers, a cocker spaniel, a labrador and a Shih tzu x Yorkie, 3 of them under a year old = lots of fun. The lovely Milo and Scooby (springer spaniels) came in for a groom today and their 'brothers' Alfie and Digby came up for a nail trim. I had my two dogs with me today aswell, so it was a great opportunity for all the dogs to say hi and have some fun! All super well behaved lovely dogs.

The very lovely little Pippa came in for her second groom! She was an absolute pro & you can tell her owners have worked hard at home to help her understand the grooming process ❤ When I have puppies in for their grooming introductions I often suggest the owners stay so they can see how the puppy is and how they respond to the grooming process. I'll then give them some advice on what they can do at home to make a trip to the groomers that much easier!
