🐴 OP Gallop Engagement 🐴

On Friday the 2nd of May at 12:00pm, PCSO Doar and PC Teasdale will be joined by PC Davis from the Rural crime team at The Lanes Farm and Garden Centre hosting a Community Catch up.

OP Gallop is held for a week, this year being 28th April - 4th May, which is based around Equine Crime and the issues around it. The purpose of Operation Gallop is to:

- Improve collaboration between police forces and partners
- Reduce crime including the theft of horses, trailers, horseboxes and tack
- Address fly grazing and welfare issues
- Encourage property marking
- Improve road safety

We are inviting our rural community to come along and discuss any issues they might be experiencing.
