So I practice Sound Awareness,
And I can hear the dawn chorus outside,
The sound of a brand new sparkily day,
It relaxes me,
And brings a smile to my face 😊
It reminds me I am a part of nature,
Nature is all around me,
It's telling me anything is possible,
And to keep growing and changing and blooming as Louise 🌹
I choose to believe it,
And for that message I feel grateful 🌿🙏
