Morning and happy new year to everyone. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New year.

Since this is a new year I would just like to add a few new terms and conditions with regards to late cancellations or no shows. I send out reminders as a courtesy and so I don’t turn up to an empty house. Please don’t wait until I send a reminder to cancel as usually I can’t fill the space as it’s too late which means I losing out on income. I will now be charging £20 late cancellation fee if within 24hrs. If I go to the house and no one is in it will be full price of the groom.

Please note all the groomers I know charge full price if cancelled within 48hrs.
