Morning and happy new year to everyone. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New year.

Since this is a new year I would just like to add a few new terms and conditions with regards to late cancellations or no shows. I send out reminders as a courtesy and so I don’t turn up to an empty house. Please don’t wait until I send a reminder to cancel as usually I can’t fill the space as it’s too late which means I losing out on income. I will now be charging £20 late cancellation fee if within 24hrs. If I go to the house and no one is in it will be full price of the groom.

Please note all the groomers I know charge full price if cancelled within 48hrs.

Little Bailey just recently came to his new owners. Poor wee soul don’t think he had been groomed before was quite traumatic for well both of us but we got there in the end. Just got a wee towel dry at the end as he had been through enough

This is the lovely Bella. What a great wee dog she is, got lots of kisses and she was so good
