Just some up to date information.

There is currently a 4-6 week waiting list depending on areas so please keep that in mind..

There is an extra fuel charge if you are more than 10 miles away and it’s not a bulk booking.

I am NOT taking on new clients, I’m way too busy and by allowing newbies into the diary it is creating difficulty getting original clients in. (This doesn’t count if you are based at a yard I’m already coming to on the basis you can buddy up with others

These girls are fabulous at what they do and all cover different areas that I cover. If you are desperate for your horse to be done and I can’t get to you in time please ask one of these girls. (They are also very busy so cannot promise space) They are insured and know what they are doing.
If people are advertising as professional clippers and have loads of space the same week there’s usually a reason they aren’t busy… don’t give your horse a bad experience 🙏🏼 I’ve done enough rescue clips already this year.

Bathing/clean horses 🤦🏼‍♀️ If you can’t bath your horses before I come they need a good brush! Not a 5 minute flick over, they need elbow grease. Blunt blades, uncomfortable snagging for the horse, dirty clippers/hands, strain on the clipper motor and not to mention the terrible finish it leaves on a clip. I take pride in my clips and work very hard at it but it’s difficult to be proud of a greasy dull clip. 🥲

Bookings 📕 I cannot answer your questions whilst clipping in the daytime as i cannot see my diary whilst under a horse. I also cannot do it whilst sorting my little girl at teatime/bedtime. Please be respectful and give 2 business days (not 7am on a Sunday 🤦🏼‍♀️) for a response and dont keep messaging/ringing as youll go to the bottom of the list 🙃

Clinic dates will be released next week, these are going to be more regular for clients to come to me rather than me having to travel out so much. Tea/coffee and cake will be available. Your horse will be clipped and hot clothed. Sophie Germany Veterinary Physiotherapy will also be available to book for your horse to have a physio or massage session after your clip.

A Veterinary physiotherapy session consists of several stages.

🔹taking in depth notes of history, current circumstances including management / health and future goals.

🔹A static and dynamic observation assessment

🔹 range of motion assessment and full body palpation

🔹treatment which can include massage, myofascial release, stretches, electrotherapy.

🔹A tailored exercise/ rehab programme will be given out. Notes will be taken throughout the session

When two become four 😍

I had the pleasure of treating these four stunning showjumpers today. They all had a full MOT to make sure they are performing to their best ability!
