Dogs never cease to amaze me!
Meet puppy Frank. At just 5 months old, he took his second puppy grooming all in stride! 🧡
Bath time is always fun with a young pup with more shampoo bubbles on the groomer rather than the dog, but this was not the case with this one, so his first gold star. 🌟
With the transfer to the table, he was calm and stood nicely while I towel-dried him and brushed through his coat. Surprisingly, he didn't try to bite the brush; another gold star for Frank. 🌟
At his first puppy grooming, I only used the hand dryer, but by his second grooming, we could use the bigger dryer, earning another gold star. 🌟
He had his pads trimmed and a trim around his little bear paws; again, he stood nicely, earning another gold star. 🌟
With a face trim, I need the pup to stand or sit perfectly still while I work scissors around the face and eyes. Frank chose to lie down and was really calm, earning another one! 🌟
Finally, the nail clip, no nonsense from Frank, earning another gold star. 🌟
Frank is back in four weeks for his final puppy grooming session. The next step is teaching his owner how to brush through the coat. With a poodle doodle coat, he will need some home maintenance.
