Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

I've been redecorating the groom room for the last three days! With the help of my family we have had a complete makeover from scratch,
Ripped up the old floor and laid a new one, everything repainted & scrubbed! A new blind and new unit :D I'm really pleased with it and hope you all like it too 😍

Back from holiday and straight back to work with gorgeous puppers!

⚠ Polite notice: in the last three weeks I have had a really large number of no shows or last minute cancellations, I have lost out on almost £200 from those.
I'm sure you can all imagine as a self employed person this is a lot of money.
I try my best to fill them with my cancellation list but more often than not with only hours to do this I can't. I only managed to fill one of the slots over the last three weeks.

So please please ensure you can make the appointment that you book and mark it in your calendar /phone/fridge so that you remember.

My girl loves the beach ⛱🥰

This video shows the importance of grooming at home as soon as you get your puppy. Introducing them to being handled, brushed, hairdryers, baths. 🐕His first puppy groom with me and look how relaxed he is! I even managed to use the big blaster on him which with most pups is normally a struggle on the 2nd or even 3rd puppy intro. Please take the time to teach your dog when you bring them home. They are your responsibility and this creates a well rounded, confident and happy dog :D
