We could not be more excited about the upcoming Bradford on Avon Live Music Festival!

On Sunday 4 June we will host 2 fantastic events in the grounds of The Hall - Kingston Rd.

In the afternoon (2pm to 5pm) Glastonbury Brass and the Jenny Peplow Singers will serenade you with a mix of familiar favourites and classics.

After that an evening of jazz awaits you (7pm to 10pm) we will have the soulful sounds of the Louise Parker Quartet supported by Beatroot Jazz and more!

With Easter just around the corner, your home may be filled with more chocolate than usual! 🍫

Here are some tips on what to do in the event that your dog consumes chocolate:

🐶 Try to find out how much and what kind of chocolate was eaten, and if possible, collect any empty wrappers or boxes to show your vet

🐶 Keep note of how much time has passed since the chocolate was consumed

🐶 Take your dog to your nearest emergency vet

🐶 If safe and practical to do so, you may wish to phone your emergency vet ahead of your arrival to make them aware

For the past seven years, Bradford on Avon Town Council have displayed a Christmas Giving Tree in Lamb Yard, where members of the public are encouraged to make donations of items to help support the Bath Cats and Dogs Home, The Hub and Julian House.

2021 has been another very successful year with the people of Bradford on Avon and surrounding villages making generous donations. We are pleased to hand over some of the donations received so far for Bath Cats and Dogs Home. Bradford on Avon is a very dog friendly town, both for visitors and residents, shown by this extraordinary amount of generosity to animals in need.

The Christmas Giving Tree remains in Lamb Yard until after Christmas so please do add to the donations for this and other causes including the Hub and Julian House, helping provide for those in need at this festive time of year.
