About Us
My name is Dawn, and I’m passionate about animal welfare.
I know, it sounds like I’m standing up at an addiction meeting! In truth, I do feel like my purpose in life is making sure that animals are well looked after, and that their owners have easy access to advice and tips on caring for their pet.
I started Springfield Happy Paws in 2017, after I decided to turn 40 years of personal experience into a profession. I have always loved and owned many animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs - I’ve been told that I have a natural way with animals, and they do seem to warm to me easily!
I’d like to think that my dedication and qualifications help me to stand out from other pet-care companies in the area. I have public liability insurance which is specific to the services I offer, and continue to seek further qualifications so that I can aid the safety and security of your pet if an emergency situation does occur.
