Why Not Just Harry’s??

Hey, I’m Harry. I was born on May 16th 2016 and I am Managing Director (Chief Taster) of Not Just Harry’s.

I live in in nice village with a canal, river and lots of walks nearby.

My life hasn’t always been this good. I found myself on the streets in a big city before I was 1 year old. I was taken to a dog pound and nobody came to claim me. I was due to be put to sleep until a nice lady from a charity called HYPS turned up one day. She put me in a ‘car’ and took me to their rescue centre. It was nice there. I was warm, had my own bed, was fed every day, got to go for walks AND played with the other dogs who lived there.

It wasn’t a home though.

But just before my 1st birthday some nice hooman people turned up. They stopped right outside my kennel! The lady put her hand up to me and I gave her a sloppy kiss. This must have been a good thing as they took me for a long walk in the woods nearby. But then when I went back to my kennel they left………… ☹

Then 3 days later and only 2 days before my 1st birthday, they came back! 😊

I thought we were going for another walk, but they got my ball & talked to the nice HYPS lady for a while. Then they put me on a lead and took me to their car where I jumped straight into the boot! Then they took me to their house, which was also my new home.

Sofa to sleep on, a garden of my own, lots of tennis balls to chew. I was home.

One day though, not long after, we went back to Rotherham to a charity fun day for HYPS. My hooman Mom was confused though as there were no stalls selling treats for dogs.

When we got home my Mom decided to bake me some treats………. Peanut butter. They were Pawfect!

My hoomans then decided that maybe other pampered pooches would like to try my treats as I know they are Not Just Harry’s.

I hope your doggie enjoys the treats as much as I do.
