Did you know it is a legal requirment that your dog wear identification in public?
Many owners think that just a microchip is enough.

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your telephone number is optional (but advisable).

She is very professional, patient and calm in her approach, the toolkits she has given us have made our life alot easier and more importantly has contributed to ensuring Sky has no behavioural issues. Did you know it is against the law to travel with an unrestrained pet in your car?
You could face a fine of up to £2,500 and penalty points on your licence.
If you are involved in an RTA with an unrestrained dog in the car, your insurance will likely be invalid and you and/or your dog could be very seriously injured.
Please make sure your pets are comfortable, safe and secure in the car before you travel.
There are lots of different options for restraining your pet like seatbelts, cages or dog guards for the boot area. Our favourite is the top quality, crash tested, boot crate by – what’s yours?

My name is Sam and I am the director of Premier Pet Care & Training. With over 25 years experience in the animal welfare, training & care industry, we are here to offer your pets the very best care. Whether it be for a short pop-in service to feed your cat or complex training needs for your dog, we are able to assist you.

We have carefully designed training programmes that will support you & your dog through any problems you may be experiencing including lead walking, puppy socilaisation, mixing with other dogs & seperation anxiety.

We are committed to supporting & practising the very latest positive & force free training methods to help dogs learn and to successfully modify their behaviour. All staff are trained by the CIDBT & IMDT and attend as many workshops/seminars & webinars as possible to make sure all knowledge and education is kept up to date. All staff are also members of the CFBA and Sam is registered as a Master Trainer with the Guild of Dog Trainers.

Helping owners to achieve the very best relationships with their pets is our ultimate aim.
