After just over a week of working with Bella we have seen amazing progress in her leash walking & confidence!
When we first met her we couldn't get her to move 2 feet away from the van on a leash and yesterday she didn't the whole hour walk without needing to be picked up and carried.
Working on changing her mindset from the leader to a follower through a number of techniques, patience and loads of love & biscuits 🍪 is really getting the results.
We have Bella for a mix of 1:1 walks & group walks to help with her confidence and she is just thriving in both. We couldn't be happier & cannot wait to see it continue! 🐶❤️❤️❤️

👋 Meet Bella, the sweetest pup who is learning to overcome her fears. 🐶
If you have a nervous dog, or know someone who does, here are some tips to help them cope:
🐾 Nervous dogs need a lot of patience. Introduce them to new people, animals, and situations gradually and calmly.
🐾 Refocus your dog. If your dog starts to show signs of anxiety try to redirect their attention to something else. This can help them calm down and associate walks with positive outcomes.
🐾 Make the walks more fun by giving them plenty of treats, praise, and affection along the way
Bella will be walking with just Lana this week and gradually added into group walks depending on her progress. Please like, comment, and share if you found this helpful or enjoyable. And don't forget to follow us for more Bella adventures. 🙏
