🚨 BOLD CLAIM ALERT! 🚨 Our 300L wheelbarrow feels lighter to move than a standard 90L wheelbarrow! Here’s the evidence.

We did a little experiment to prove that our Roto wheelbarrows feel lighter – even when full – than other wheelbarrows.

We tested our massive 300 Litre LV2 wheelbarrow against a standard 90 Litre wheelbarrow – which one do you think is lightest to lift?

⚖ When empty, the LV2 weighs 28kg. The 90 Litre weighs 11kg. HOWEVER….!
When we lifted the handles to a metre high (so, as if you’re lifting and pushing it), you’re actually lifting about the same weight – 2.9kg for the LV2 and 2.88kg for the 90 Litre.

💩 Then we added a heavy 25kg load to them both (that’s a lot of poo!!) and did the same experiment. When you lift the LV2, you’re actually lifting 4.34kg. The smaller wheelbarrow weighed 6.22kg!

❔ Why did our wheelbarrow feel so much lighter?

Well, it’s all in the design. Roto have spent years developing an extremely well balanced, heavy duty but lightweight wheelbarrow. It’s the combination of the materials, the tray shape and position, the frame shape and the centrally placed twin wheels that will make it your best friend around the stables.
