Fabulous Felines would like to apologise for the delay in response time at the moment
Being a small business I’m only a little one lady band
I’m so grateful for all your support and have had so many messages the last couple of weeks
I’ve been working extra hours to fit in more grooming sessions to help out cats who urgently need appointments which has given me less time on the admin side of things
I’m catching up slowly and should be back on schedule over the the weekend

As it’s currently stands there’s a 5/6 week wait for appointments please do message asap if your cats are in need of a session soon so they don’t have to wait to long

A little bit of food for thought……. if we can pay cash everywhere with banknotes instead of a card ? A Small business does suffer with charges …….

- I have a £50 banknote in my pocket. Going to a restaurant and paying for dinner with it.

The restaurant owner then uses the note to pay for the laundry.

The laundry owner then uses the note to pay the barber.

The barber will then use the note to pay for shopping.

After an unlimited number of payments, it will still remain a £50 value, which has fulfilled its purpose to everyone who used it for payment and the bank has jumped dry from every cash payment transaction made.

BUT

IF I go to a restaurant and pay digitally via Card,

- the bank fees for my payment transaction charged to the seller are 3%, so around £1.50

( and so will be the fee of £1.50 for each further payment transaction )

-for the owner re laundry or
- payments of the owner of the laundry shop,
- or payments of the barber etc.....

Therefore, after 30 transactions, the initial £50 will exist at only £5, and the remaining £45 has become the property of the bank … thanks to all of the digital transactions and fees!

Use it or lose it folks…

Once it’s gone we won’t get it back!

Antifreeze poisoning

Cats: Symptoms to look out for are

• Vomiting
• Seeming depressed/sleepy
• Appearing drunk and uncoordinated
• Seizures (fits)
• Difficulty breathing

Dogs: symptoms of antifreeze poisoning

• Wobbly on their feet
• May dribble or be sick
• Muscle twitching
• Decreased reflexes
• Trouble getting up/standing

Untreated, antifreeze poisoning can be fatal to pets. Prompt, immediate treatment is necessary!

If left untreated, antifreeze poisoning can cause pain, suffering, distress and ultimately death.

Old boy Jiro was struggling to keep his hips free of matts
Due to the matts being very tight on the skin and in a sensitive area they needed to be clipped out

As you can see Jiro was very happy after his grooming and spend the rest of the day chilling under his Christmas tree
