🥰 I Just want to say a big thank you 🥰

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you from clients, fellow dog groomers and the general public for standing by us in light of the anonymous, false, and slanderous statement posted on the Tamworth Matters page. That post deeply upset me, but your overwhelming support has truly helped restore my confidence.

We’re incredibly proud to share that we are fully booked until end of feb with three groomers working hard to ensure every pet gets the care and attention they deserve. This alone shows how much trust and loyalty we’ve earned from you all, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

I pour my heart and soul into my career and my staff, striving to provide the best experience and care possible for every client and their beloved pets. It means the world to know that this is recognized and appreciated by so many of you.

I’d also like to share that Tamworth Matters has reached out to us to apologise, acknowledging that the post should never have been approved and emphasizing that they do not condone such behavior.

While we’ve had no contact from the individual responsible for the post, I want to reassure everyone, if you ever have any concerns, are unhappy, or would like your dog’s grooming done differently, please don’t hesitate to say or contact me privately. I am always happy to listen, rectify, and resolve any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

🎉 That’s a Wrap for 2024! 🎉 We are now closed until 6th Jan 🎄 We will respond to messages as and when but the phone line is now closed 🎄

As we close our doors for the year, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing clients for your continued support and loyalty. Also a massive thank you for all your Christmas gifts. Your trust in us to care for and keep your dogs looking beautiful means the world, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without you!

This year has been a fantastic one for us, with exciting expansion of sharpening services and the addition of new team members to help us serve you better. It’s been such a joy watching our little business grow, and we’re so grateful to share this journey with you.

We are now officially closed for our Christmas break and will return on Monday, 6th January refreshed and ready to dive into 2025.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May your holiday season be filled with joy, love, and plenty of tail wags 🐾.

As we didn’t have a doggy Christmas party we have decided to have a group walk instead!

We are thinking Saturday 28th but we aren’t sure where would be best, so if anyone has any ideas let us know and I’ll do an events page!

Our dates for this year ….

As you can imagine December is our busiest time so if possible can everyone try and arrive as close to your appointment drop off and collection time as possible

We appreciate you guys being early but as we are 1-1 groomers, arriving 15 mins etc early has a knock on as the previous dog won’t be finished and it throws the schedule out

Feel free to wait in reception or the car park until your appointment time

Dear Caniners and future clients.

We want to thank you for your continued trust and support of our dog grooming services. We strive to provide the best care and attention for your pets, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards.

However, due to the rising cost of operational expenses, it is necessary to make a small adjustment to our pricing. Starting 1st January 2025, our grooming services will see an increase of £5-£10, depending on the breed, size and needs of your dog.
Some small/toy/bath only breeds will remain the same.

This decision has not been made lightly, and it ensures that we can continue offering the quality service your pets deserve. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these challenging times together.
