🚨 COMPLAINT 🚨
I find myself forced to share with you an absolutely unacceptable and disgusting event that occurred during a cat expo I attended.
During the event, unknown individuals cut my cat's fur with scissors. I discovered this dastardly act just before the final stage of the competition began, while preparing for Best in Show. This act not only damaged the work and commitment I put into caring for my cat, but also left me with a feeling of profound violation and helplessness.
After discovering what happened on Saturday night, I no longer slept a wink and I had a bad day on Sunday. I brought the cats with me to every table with strollers, so as not to leave them in the cage for even a second without supervision...
I have always enjoyed participating in Feline expo as a moment of discussion and growth with other breeders and judges, but this goes far beyond healthy competition!
I cannot express enough how disgusted and appalled I am by this action. The well-being and safety of my cats is my top priority, and finding out that they have been targeted in this way fills me with concern for future events.
Talking to other breeders I discovered that it is not the first time these things have happened, but more serious events have also happened.
I ask anyone with information about this vile act to contact me immediately or contact the relevant authorities. Obviously I immediately reported the incident to the organizers of the event and will also inform Fife.
I hope that justice is done and that similar events never happen again. And I invite anyone who has experienced similar situations to always report it. We are stronger together!
