Reality check:
Can you tell which husky has spent 9 years chained up, allowed to roam the streets when it escapes, and rarely or never sees a groomer? And which husky gets regular grooming, lives in an apartment as a cherished family member, respects personal space, and is well-socialized with regular walks?
This is the harsh, unfair reality of the Balkans. Both dogs have owners, but the question is, what kind of owners are they?
This is why so many animals end up on the streets.
