**URGENT APPEAL**

The clock is ticking for the hens we are trying to save. The farm is closing on the 31st March so we need as many homes as possible for the 1000 hens we are taking, We want to take them all but due to lack of space this is not an option. There are still thousands left.

We will be heart broke to leave any behind , the vehicle after ours will be taking them to the abattoir these poor hens have had no life, please help to give them a second chance.

If you can help accommodate a couple of hundred whilst we try and find homes please let us know. This is an urgent plea.

*URGENT, UK WIDE, APPEAL FOR RESCUES, FOSTER CARERS AND ADOPTIONS*

Today The Littlest Rescue received a urgent call from the Mother of a former breeder, who, thankfully has stopped operating, she is desperate to re home 41 gorgeous New Zealand white rabbits. Sadly all these bunnies were breed for a meat order which has, thankfully been cancelled, this breaks our hearts but we are over joyed that we now have the opportunity to save their lives. Some bunnies were also breed as family pets and for others to be sold to breeders.

So we are reaching out to any rescue and individuals who can join forces with us to get these beautiful bunnies to safety. Our biggest fear is that another person will come forward to use these lovely bunnies for meat.

If any rescue or individual could help offer spaces or help with transport we could try to do this together. In total the 41 bunnies range from 5 days to adult and a mix of males and females. The breeders mother is also happy to help with some transport and relocation and assures us that the breeder is no longer pursuing this "hobby". Usually we do not assist with breeding cases, but this is a life and death situation.

Unfortunately, The Littlest Rescue is full to capacity, as we are sure other rescues are too. If you or your rescue can offer space in your centre and your hearts, even it is for just one or two please contact us via our FB messenger and we will get back to you ASAP.

Our aim is to get all these precious bunnies to safety and live out their lives as happy, healthy family pets.

The Littlest Rescue will be at the Vue Cinema, Longwell Green, Bristol educating Peter Rabbit movie goers about the correct way to care of bunnies and discouraging impulse buying of Easter bunnies.

Come and join the Team, the bunnies and Chewy the bunny car 24th March from 10am there will be fun activities and games for young and old alike!
