As the 2024 season comes to a close, I thought now would be a good time to reflect on this year’s results for the first cohort of riders on the Performance Mentoring Programme.
One of the main aims of the programme is to support riders in all areas of the sport. As well as their training sessions throughout the season, riders have had access to a team of professionals to help develop their businesses, stable management skills and ensuring they are looking after themselves as athletes.
Whilst I’m incredibly proud of their competition results this season, it has been great to see these young riders develop into professional athletes ahead of many more successful seasons to come.
